I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching with an emphasis on nutrition, from the College of Health Solutions. I am a National Board certified Healthy Lifestyles Coach, NASM certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Women’s Fitness Specialist.
I am married to my best friend, and along with my cat, Nova, we currently live in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I enjoy staying healthy by rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, lifting weights, and cooking delicious/healthful cuisine. My Achilles heel? DONUTS!
