Lor is a passionate climber who wears many hats in the outdoor industry. Lor is transgender and uses they/them pronouns. They are the the Head Routesetter at Flagstaff Climbing Center, guide year-round in the Southwest US, and the Head Trainer for The Warrior's Way, where they help climbers and athletes learn healthy skills for dealing with stress and fear. Lor loves finding ways to make the climbing community a more welcoming space for everyone. Lor's favorite types of climbing are steep splitters and long endurance sport climbs, but it's hard to find a rock climb that they don't enjoy. They live in Flagstaff, Arizona with their fiancée, Amanda.
